CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be respectful of our time. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require 24-hour notice. No-shows or those failing to give a 24-hour notice will be charged the total amount of the service, which will be applied to your next scheduled appointment.
PUNCTUALITY POLICY
Please call to reserve your appointment in advance. If you arrive late, we may shorten your service or reschedule so other clients are not kept waiting. Walk-ins are welcome when scheduling permits.
