Booking Policies

Cancellation
We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. No-shows and late cancellations are charged the full service price, applied to your next appointment.
Deposit
Online bookings require a deposit, applied toward your service. Deposits are non-refundable.
Punctuality
Please reserve in advance. If you arrive late, we may shorten your service or reschedule so other clients aren’t kept waiting. Walk-ins are welcome when scheduling permits.
