This policy explains what information we collect when you browse, contact us, shop, book an appointment, or chat with our virtual concierge, and how we use and share it. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and message. When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email, and phone number. When you book an appointment or chat with our concierge you may share details about the services you want.
• Voice and conversation data.If you choose to talk to our virtual concierge (“Jessica”), your microphone audio and the conversation are processed in real time to power the experience. You can decline or end the conversation at any time.
• Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we automatically receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring pages, and the pages you view. We also use analytics tools (below) that record how visitors interact with the site, including anonymized session recordings and heatmaps.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These services set cookies and similar technologies and may collect usage data, general location, and device information.

Microsoft Clarity also captures session recordings and heatmaps— a playback of anonymized interactions such as mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks. These tools are configured to mask text you type (for example, form fields), and we do not use them to capture payment details. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

• To respond to your messages and provide customer service.
• To process and fulfill orders from our shop.
• To help you book appointments and answer questions.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you call our salon and ask us to text you a booking link, our phone concierge may send you a one-time SMS text message to the mobile number you provide on that call. These are transactional messages sent only at your request; we do not send marketing or recurring texts, and we never message you unless you ask us to on a call.

• Consent (opt-in). You opt in by verbally requesting the booking link and giving us your mobile number during the call. We do not add you to any list or program.
• What we send & how often. A link to book your appointment on Vagaro, our booking platform. Message frequency is limited to the links you request. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out & help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us using the details below.
• No sharing. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose your number only to our SMS provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the message you requested.

We share information only with the vendors that make this site work, and only as needed to provide their service:

• Stripe— processes payments at checkout. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s secure systems; we never see or store your full card number.
• Printful — fulfills and ships apparel orders, which requires your shipping details.
• Vagaro— our booking platform. When you book, you are handed off to Vagaro’s hosted page, which is governed by Vagaro’s own privacy policy.
• Resend — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Twilio — delivers the booking-link text message to your mobile when you request one on a call.
• Anam — powers the virtual concierge, processing microphone and conversation data in real time.
• Google & Microsoft — provide the analytics described above.
• Vercel — hosts the site and processes standard server logs.

Each of these providers maintains its own privacy practices. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, to fulfill an order, respond to your inquiry, or meet legal and accounting requirements — after which we delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law. You can also manage cookies in your browser and decline the concierge microphone at any time.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here.
