By Jessica & Co Beauty Lounge operates a transactional SMS text-messaging program so that callers can receive a link to book their own appointment. By asking our phone concierge to text you a booking link and providing your mobile number during a call, you agree to these SMS terms.

• How you opt in. This is a verbal, call-based opt-in — the only way to join the program. When you call our phone concierge at (912) 348-3600 and ask us to text you a booking link, the concierge tells you it is a one-time text from By Jessica & Co Beauty Lounge, that message and data rates may apply, that we send no marketing, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help — then asks your permission before sending. Your spoken “yes” on that call is your consent; we then text the single booking link you requested. There is no website, keyword, or paper sign-up.
• Consent. Your consent is granted directly to By Jessica & Co Beauty Lounge — not to any intermediary, affiliate, or third party — and applies only to the booking-link message you request on a call. This consent is specific to this program and is not bundled into any other agreement.
• What we send & how often. A single link to book your appointment on Vagaro, our booking platform. Messages are transactional and sent only at your request; message frequency is limited to the links you ask for. We do not send marketing or recurring messages.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out & help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You may also contact us using the details below.
• No third-party sharing. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is disclosed only to our SMS provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the message you requested.
• Delivery. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Appointment booking is handled on Vagaro’s hosted platform and is subject to Vagaro’s own terms. Purchases from our online shop are fulfilled through our print and payment partners; prices and availability may change. Website content is provided for general information and may be updated at any time.
