Jessica is from Beaufort, SC just right across the Savannah River. Jessica has been in the service industry her entire career. After many years’ food and beverage Jessica finally took a leap of faith and decided to do something that she knew she would love. Deciding to go back to school and after five years of study and working in other salons she opened her very own Beauty Lounge.

Jessica is a born stylist with her attention to detail and love for fashion she can focus on the individual needs of each client. As a stylist who likes to stay up-to-date with current trends, she enjoys all aspects of the industry.

Jessica’s easy-going approach to working with people, she provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience with whomever is in her chair. To achieve the best look for her client, she believes communication is the key. Her priority is to please her clients and give them the ability to recreate the signature style at home and mostly she loves developing relationships with her clients. Finally, she also loves building costumes, fashion shows and photos hoots. Put simply, Jessica thrives on doing this work because it forces her to step outside of the box and stretch her creativity.

As a Master Cosmetologist, Karen’s inspiration has always been a personal passion and appreciation for both the art and science of hair care.

Born in Port Wentworth, Karen Partain is a 1987 graduate of the prestigious Joel & Company Cosmetology School in Savannah. She started her career at the Charles & Joseph Salon of Savannah where she was the Color Assistant to owner Charlie Rudd. It was there that Karen developed a passion for both styling and coloring. She specialized in the most advanced color and cutting techniques and soon established a custom, personalized approach to her clients.

In the years since becoming a Master Cosmetologist, she has continued to develop her talents and remain trend-conscious by attending regional and national hair show/educational conferences. From expertly applied, professional hair extensions to stunning up-dos for weddings, proms, and photography sessions, she applies her vast experience to everything she does.

Karen has worked in a variety of Savannah area salons before joining the By Jessica & Co. Beauty Lounge in Pooler where she is sought after for her ability to create the perfect, custom hair cut or color for her clients. She specializes in techniques such as Balayage, foil highlights and creating dimension and variation to traditional color by manipulating shades beautifully with an organic color palette. The combination of her client-friendly approach, precision stylist/colorist techniques and top-line products produces incredible results.

Allie Hamilton

Allie Hamilton, originally from Key West, Florida, graduated from Florida Academy of Design in 1986 and holds a dual license in Cosmetology and Barbering. Allie is also certified in color correction and served as a color educator for multiple lines.

Allie has served the Savannah and surrounding area’s hair care needs since 2000. She is a master at everything ranging from military men’s to women’s specialized cuts and intricate colors. She regularly attends hair shows and educational classes to keep up with the latest trends.

Allie is well known for her attention to detail and her amazing color applications. She strives to always give the client what they desire while still maintaining the integrity of the client’s hair. Allie is also very upfront and honest with her clients during consultations.

Allie has traveled throughout Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean and enjoys sharing her experiences with her clients.

Allie has been in the hair industry for 31 years and has owned her own salon since 2005. She has decided to have a little less street and start a new endeavor by joining By Jessica & Co.

Diana Kharitonov

Diana Kharitonov proud Air Force wife. Originally from Ukraine and she has been a hairstylist since 2002. Starting out as an apprentice in Kiev, in 2005 becoming a master cosmetologist at a VIP Salon in my home country. My clients included music, movie stars and Supreme Court judges in Ukraine. In 2010 I opened my own salon in Kiev which was called Rose. I’ve participated in numerous contests and my work has been published in numerous music videos. In 2011 I was recognized as the second best hairstylist in my nation.

I have also attended over 100 courses to hone my craft (too many to list here). I married my husband in 2016 and moved to Germany, where I worked at the Amin B. Ahmadi hair salon, where our clients, again, included local celebrities, like the Kaiserslautern Football team. We have recently moved to Georgia and I am itching to get back to work! I look forward to pampering you.
