Travel Fee
- There is a travel fee for Wedding Packages. When you inquire about these packages, we'll discuss the fee depending on how far we need to travel.
Cancellation Policy
- Please be respectful of our time. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require 24-hour notice. No-shows or those failing to give a 24-hour notice will be charged the total amount of the service, which will be applied to your next scheduled appointment.
Punctuality Policy
- Please call to reserve your appointment in advance. If you arrive late, we may shorten your service or reschedule so other clients are not kept waiting. Walk-ins are welcome when scheduling permits.
